Elvire Aesthetics is a beauty and aesthetics business providing services such as Botox and other medical anti-ageing specialities This was a brand-new business venture, requiring a simple yet modern identity to jump-start success. The client didn’t have a logo, a website or even an office just yet, naturally, we started on the logo design first.

The client knew what colour she wanted and noted she was looking for something very minimal. I started playing with typography and we agreed upon a simple and robust font, Century Gothic, I placed a box around the chosen text and hey presto the logo was born. I then created business cards with different themes and vibes to get an idea on what she wanted.

I created one series using simple urban beauty, for an Inclusive natural feel to the cards without using scary needle imagery which can be very off-putting. I used muted colours, I actually used background colours that reminded me of skin. The other series was based on pure minimalism, using space and typography to create a sophisticated look. I’m incredibly proud of image 3 seen above, using the beautiful woman’s face to create dimension, which turned out amazing and reminded me of a comic book superhero.
